Barefooting is a natural way to move, walk, run, or play. Its about reconnecting with your environment in a safe and healthy way.

Being barefoot develops and strengthens the muscle structures of the lower leg and foot. Barefoot biomechanics illict a mid-foot fall that elliminates the classic "heel" striking of shod running, therefore reducing impact and potential injury.
